We need steady, experienced leadership to navigate the times ahead.  I have worked to make common sense decisions that are in the best interests of the families who live in Santa Rosa County.

We have made our county more competitive and attractive to industry and businesses.  Diversification of our economy is important, and we have seen that with a tenfold increase in manufacturing jobs over the last 10 years.

Most important is for us to continue to improve upon the high quality of life that we enjoy in Santa Rosa County.  Public safety, infrastructure, education and economic well-being are imperative for the future success of our County.  To achieve success in each of these areas, government, business, and the community must work together to support, manage and grow our County, while preserving our quality of life.

I have helped lead the way in improving recreation opportunities for Santa Rosa County.  I spearheaded the construction of the Miracle League Field at Tiger Point Park.  I have worked to bring new recreational fields to the south end, and that is underway now with the new soccer fields that will be developed at Pensacola State College’ south campus.  It has been an honor and privilege to serve as your county commissioner, and I ask for your support and vote on August 18.
